Polyurethane (flexible) injection of horizontal 60m plus deteriorated cold joint with active water flow. 300+ liters of resin was used to successfully grout the "crack" and shut down the water flow through the dam.
Four separate additional crack sites were pressure grouted as required by the general contractor, using 30 liters.

Hole layout design and injection of polyurethane (semi-flexible) into rock seams between 30' and 50' depth surrounding a 6' raisebore shaft before final pull-through.  Ground water inflow was successfully restricted, exceeded project expectations, 
using 680 liters of grout.
