Dear Rod, I was just wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent job you did yesterday repairing the two cracks in our basement using high pressure injection.
The job was professionally completed with everything cleaned up before you left. We were very comfortable with both you and Alf working in our basement.
I would like to also compliment you on the website you have built. After reviewing it's contents, I was convinced that your company would be the best choice to fix our basement leaks. Before I found your website, I had contemplated having to remove part of the deck and the air-conditioner to be able to dig down to the basement floor on the outside.
I also appreciated the way you gave a fixed cost in advance, which was very reasonable, based on the information I provided to you by email.
