Well I bet you will never hear this with any other contractor. We hired Rod to put an interior drain system in our "basement from hell ". The boys came in and started to dig and found that the foundation was the basement wall and nothing but sand undeneath !! So digging the trench was out of the question. I was not happy to say the least. We were suddenly faced with what to us was a huge disaster. But not worry Rod and the guy's rolled with the punches and with out even missing a beat they had changed the plan and came up with a better solution.
We now have a very dry very comfortable basement that my kids are no longer afraid to be in. To say the least we are very happy and would recomend to anyone looking to get a great contractor to give Rod a call.
