Great work once again

Rod fixed a large crack in our foundation last year which has been great ever since. I found myself in need of his services once again this year when I had water in my cold room. I had a drip sill cut into my porch, the cold room vent re-sealed and two ties packed in the cold room. Everything has been bone dry ever since, and with the amount of rain we've had I'd say they've done a great job once again.
