I just want to say a big thank you to Rod for helping my identify my problem with a leak in the basement as well as giving me an economical remedy to it. I had come home from work today to find that my basement was leaking and when I contacted Rod he asked that I identify the source of the leak, that it could only be one of two things, a crack or a hole. We located the hole and he instructed myself how to fix it with hydraulic cement, a wooden dowel and rubber gloves. What wonderful customer service as any other company would have made me wait for their people to come and charge me an arm and a leg yet Rod told me how to fix it and it cost me only $14.00 to do so. I will use this company if I have any further problems with my home. A big thank you again.
