Our basement flooded last March while we were away on vacation. We arrived home to find a basement full of water which had then caused water damage to the entire house. After the initial clean-up was done we contacted Rod at The Johnson Group to see about having the repairs done which had caused the flood.
Rod showed up and spent several hours on-site with us going over our options. We decided to go ahead with the interior water proofing, and arrangements were made to have the work begin the next week.
Rod and the workers showed up when they said they would and the guys began immediatly. They worked hard under less than ideal conditions as it was very hot and due to the damage from the flood there was no air conditioning on. They cut out the channel around the foundation and even removed our brick fireplace for us.
The job was completed on time as promised. We are very happy with the work done at our house and we highly recommend The Johnson Group to anyone looking at having their basement waterproofed. The guys were very professional at all times and did an outstanding job.
